Our Ingredients
Bee Happy Creamery believes in the freshest ingredients when we create our shaved ice cream. We source all of our honey from local apiarist and their honey farms. The mixtures with fruit, honey, and salt filtered water creates the most creamiest shaved ice cream. The texture and the flavors will delightfully surprise any desert connoisseur.
We are also serving Asian Fusion Barbeque. We are the owners of Kubo Grill and for those that have missed our restaurant we are not catering and selling our delicious southern bbq and Asian food in the Manchester area. See items below or follow us on Facebook Facebook
Our Process
Our shaved ice cream is handcrafted in small batches, using traditional techniques and sweetened with local honey with our signature mix-ins and flavors. Each batch is frozen and thinly shaved, which slowly creates a smooth, airy, and creamy texture that melts in your mouth. We source all of our strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and black berries from our mini farm during the spring, summer, and fall. In April we will be starting our own bee hives here in Hillsboro, TN. We are hoping to process our first batch of honey next year. As we grow our honey farm, we will continue to outsource to local Tennessee honey farms. Sourcing our own berries and honey will help us keep costs down for our customs in today's world of inflation.
